One continuous relay from the iconic Spanish Arch to Poolbeg Lighthouse.

Through daylight, darkness, fatigue, and everything in between — we kept moving. Not just for the finish line, but for something far bigger.

Together, we raised over €30,000 for Grow Mental Health, supporting people across Ireland who are navigating their own battles every day.

What is TRASNA?

TRASNA (meaning “across”) is more than a relay. It’s a movement.

It’s about what happens when people come together — when you lean on a team, push each other forward, and refuse to stop, even when things get tough.

Because that’s what mental health is, too.

Sometimes it’s dark. Sometimes it’s hard. But you’re never meant to go through it alone.

Why it Matters

Running through the night became a powerful symbol for us — a reminder that even in the darkest moments, there’s always someone beside you. Someone to carry the pace. Someone to keep you going.

That’s the message behind TRASNA:
Support is always there — you just have to reach for it.

This Year — We Go Again

We’re building something bigger. Stronger. Louder.

And we’re only getting started.

  • If you want to be part of something meaningful…
  • If you want to challenge yourself, as part of a team…
  • If you want to run for something that actually matters…

TRASNA is calling.
